Aromas of strawberry, rhubarb, and cherry enchant the senses, Marquette dances in the mouth with bright fig and strawberry flavors, pleasing acid, and a warm vanilla finish. Pair with pasta or stew dishes, beef, lamb, and spicy foods. Serve slightly cool. Barrel-aged in neutral Oak for 2 years.
